Overview

This store is operated by CLBONLINELTD, trading as Cara Bella Beautique, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16171893), registered office Prior House, 129 High Street, Prestatyn, Wales, LL19 9AS. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean CLBONLINELTD.

These Terms of Service, together with our Return and refund policy, Privacy policy and Shipping policy, set out the basis on which we sell to you. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. What we sell

Everything we sell is digital: guides supplied as PDF files, and online courses accessed through our course platform. Nothing is physically posted.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so colours and appearance may vary slightly from how they look on your device. We may change or withdraw a product at any time; this does not affect anything you have already bought.

2. Our products are guides, not guarantees

Our guides and courses teach methods that have worked for us and for others. They are educational material. We do not promise, guarantee or forecast any particular result, any number of followers, any level of income, or any outcome by any particular date. What you get out of them depends on your own effort, your niche, your market and factors outside anyone's control.

Any figures we mention about our own results are exactly that — our own, historic, and not a projection of what you will achieve.

3. Your order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been taken. We may decline an order, and if we do we will refund you in full.

4. Immediate access and your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content.

Because our products are supplied immediately, at checkout you are asked to confirm two things: that you want access straight away, and that you understand this means you lose that 14-day right to cancel. You tick that box yourself, before payment. If you would rather keep the 14-day right, email us before buying and we will arrange it.

This does not affect your legal rights if something we sell you is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Those rights cannot be signed away and we do not try to exclude them. Full detail is in our Return and refund policy.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices and promotions can change at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Where we show a previous or comparison price, it is a price at which the product was genuinely offered for sale by us.

6. Delivery of digital products

Access arrives by email as soon as payment is taken, usually within minutes. If it does not reach you, email us and we will send it directly.

7. What you may and may not do with what you buy

When you buy a guide or a course, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. You may not copy, share, resell, republish, upload or redistribute it, in whole or in part, or use it to create a competing product. Sharing your course login with others is not permitted.

All content, branding, text, images, video and audio in the store and in our products belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

8. Your account

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, including for sharing paid content.

9. Third-party platforms

Our course is delivered through a third-party platform, and our store runs on Shopify. Where our products link to or discuss third-party services such as TikTok, TikTok Shop or brand platforms, we have no control over those services, their rules or their decisions, and we are not responsible for them. Their terms are between you and them.

10. Reviews and feedback

If you send us feedback, a review or a testimonial, you allow us to use it in our marketing. We will not invent, edit or attribute a review in a way that changes its meaning, and we will always say if a review came from someone who received the product free or at a discount.

11. Our liability to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Otherwise, we are not liable for business losses, lost profits, lost income or lost opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
