Everything I sell here is digital — guides and courses delivered straight to you, with nothing posted.

Your 14-day cancellation right, and instant access

Because these are digital products, you would normally have 14 days to change your mind. That right does not apply once you have asked for access straight away.

At checkout you confirm two things: that you want immediate access to your guide or course, and that you understand this means you give up your 14-day right to cancel. Once you have confirmed that and your access has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you would rather keep your cancellation right, email me at carabraia@mail.com before you buy and I will hold your access until the 14 days have passed.

If something is wrong

None of the above affects your legal rights. If a file will not open, a link does not work, or what you received is not as described, email me at carabraia@mail.com and I will put it right or refund you.

Before you buy

If you are not sure whether something is right for you, ask me first at carabraia@mail.com. I would far rather answer a question than take money from someone it will not help.
